Young Trustee Opportunity!

Energise Me tackles the things that prevent active lifestyles, so everyone can improve their health and happiness by moving more. We are looking for people aged 18 and over to join our board and work with us to achieve our goals.

Physical activity transforms lives. It reduces our risk of developing major illnesses by up to 50% and our risk of depression by up to 30%. We won’t rest until everyone in our area experiences these benefits.

We believe young people belong at the heart of decision-making and will play a vital role in leading positive change. If you’re enthusiastic about helping people move more and willing to share your ideas and expertise, we would love to hear from you. We welcome applicants with little or no board experience so there’s no need to have been a trustee before.

You’ll gain leadership experience while supporting a busy charity and your local community.

Bold in taking risks and speaking out about things that need to change.
Voluntary Trustee (reasonable expenses paid on production of receipts) | Up to 1 day per month, including quarterly meetings (Winchester or virtual)
