The East Coast College Leadership Academy powered by Unloc is a practical and creative programme that explores the key skills and knowledge you need for leadership.
Over three days, you will take part in a series of different leadership workshops led by an expert facilitator with guest facilitators also making an appearance, giving you the opportunity to meet and connect with successful leaders to hear about their journeys first hand.
The programme will develop your skills, knowledge and confidence and is an excellent way to showcase your skills on your CV or UCAS statement too. You will also work towards presenting your ideas for how to improve your college community or learning experience at your college.
Your college will cover all costs involved in you taking part and the programme itself. The programme is open to all East Coast College students but is particularly relevant for aspiring young leaders wanting to take their leadership skills to the next level. This is a highly exclusive opportunity with only 30 spaces available.
Where: East Coast College (either Great Yarmouth or Lowestoft campus)
