The Youth Panel is about the ‘behind the scenes’ of a charity. Discussing the big picture questions about Young Minds as an organisation, who they are, where they are going, or what they should do.

As a panel you will talk about things like strategy, safeguarding, fundraising, organisational culture, risk management, data protection, and brand and marketing.

The Youth Panel’s job is to understand how Young Minds works, to help the Directors and Board of Trustees make the best decisions to achieve their mission.

This is an extraordinary opportunity for you to be able have a major voice in decisions!

Decisions made by the Youth Panel will help shape the future of the charity and the work that they do!
