Support For Autistic People
Molehill Moutain – an app to help Autistic people manage and understand anxiety
Mind – Mental Health & Autism – this page has great information about where to go next for support with your mental health if your autistic including how to find a therapist who has experience of working with autistic people.
Childline – Autism – this page give advice about how to cope with meltdowns, how to make friends & communicate with people better & advice about how to deal with bullying. You can contact Childline via their online chat service, email or phone number to talk to someone about what you’re going through.
Autism Hampshire – Information, advice & guidance for adults, young people and children on the autism spectrum, their parents, carers and professionals. You can email or telephone for advice Monday to Thursday 9am – 5pm, Friday 9am – 4:30pm.

National Autistic Society – have a directory of support available across the UK for Autistic people. You can also join their online community for free to read stories & share experiences with other autistic people & their families.
Ambitious about Autism – have information on their website to support autistic people’s rights & you can download the ‘Know your normal’ toolkit for free to help you understand what your normal is & when you need to get help.
Young Minds – have some good information about supporting a friend who is autistic.
