Kooth allows you to speak to a counsellor via instant messaging. You can also access advice, self help activities and forums where you can share your own experiences and hear from other young people going through similar things.

Kooth is free for anyone aged 11-25 living in Hampshire, Portsmouth & West Sussex as well as lots of other areas in the UK.

ITALK

All of iTalk’s talking therapy treatments are available free of charge on the NHS for people aged 16 and over, who are registered with a GP in the areas of Hampshire shown on the map below.
