We believe and invest in the importance of student voice. This means hearing what impacts college life for young people from the students themselves!

What is a Student Union?
A student union is a student led organisation that works to represent the interests and needs of the student body. The Student Union can lead in lots of different ways which can include:
- Lobbying the college’s leadership to make changes in-college
- Running events to bring together the student body
- Campaigning on issues that students care about
- Advocating for individual students with issues and challenges
- Representing the student body at community events
- Engaging with other student unions across the country
- Speaking to Government about education policy
- Fundraising for charities and other causes
