This will include meeting online or in person with young people and youth workers from successful projects to ensure the best youth work practice is being delivered.

To do this, you will work as part of a team to complete development plans with the organisation and assess their practice on, Youth participation, safeguarding (including accessibility) and youth work practice.

You will work with successful organisations in improving their practice through visits, webinars and regular online meetings. These assessments will contribute to a final statement which shows evidence that the organisation is working to meet the National Youth Agency Quality Standards.

Applicants must be aged between 16 and 24 years old and live in a Youth Investment Fund eligible area to meet the funder’s requirements. Youc an find this out on the NYA Website!
