At Unloc, we believe in the power of young people to create change. Our work experience opportunities are designed to give you a behind-the-scenes look at how a youth-focused organisation operates. You’ll have the chance to explore the business as a whole or choose to specialise in a specific department that interests you, such as Youth Work & Facilitation, Partnership Development, Sales, HR, Finance, or Operations. Whether you’re figuring out your future or looking to build skills in a particular area, this is your chance to dive in and learn by doing.

Work experience placements are available at our Changemaker Studios in Portsmouth and in Maida Vale, Westminster, London. You don’t need loads of experience to get involved, just curiosity, passion, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn. You’ll work alongside a friendly and passionate team who will support you every step of the way, with chances to take on real projects, share your ideas, and make your voice heard.
