Do you have a new, bold, and innovative idea that could help set all young people up to thrive?

Are you taking a new approach to solving all problems?

Do you need some funding & support to help get your big idea really going?

Announcing the Spark Awards! 10 young innovators aged 18-25 across England will win £40,000 in funding for a flexible grant period of up to 2 years, and benefit from a specialist learning & development programme worth £10,000 to help you further develop your idea. You’ll also become a permanent member of Big Change’s community of changemakers – all committed to creating a future where all young people thrive.

This opportunity is for young people with programmes and ideas that:

💡Take NEW approaches to solving persistent problems that matter to young people.

⚙️Work at the systems-level. Rather than trying to tinker around the edges, plaster over the problem or try to get young people to change themselves, are addressing the root causes of the problems at the source and are changing the systems and institutions that affect young peoples’ lives.

🔬Are pilot-ready – meaning some testing, research & development has already been completed.

🎯Are informed by insights from a range of stakeholders, and address the issues that really matter to young people.
