Her Future Now: Empowering Black Girls Professional Futures is a project created by Shadow To Shine to help improve the career prospects of young Black women and help you find your place in the workforce.

Participants will have the chance to learn more about the property industry and how to get into it, grow their professional network and access mentors and work experience opportunities. You’ll have the chance to attend, gain insight, talks and leave the programme with the skills and plans to take the next steps in your career.
