Whether that’s from home or in their office getting real day to day experience of what it is like to work at Kainos. The key aims of the work experience are for you to understand the sector more. Building on Vital transferable skills such as problem-solving, IT Skills & Communication, these skills can be used in everyday experiences and develop your knowledge and ability for your future.

At the start of the week you’ll be assigned a mentor who’s there to help every step of the way. Kainos aim to grow your skills, teach you more about the world-changing projects we work on, and we’ll demo some of the cutting-edge technologies that we use. Using coding challenges, you’ll then put everything you’ve learned into action by creating your own web applications!
