    What is mindfulness? What is stress? How can you do mindfulness and manage stress? This free virtual course will guide you through these questions. We will explore mindfulness as an idea and as a practice; we will explore stress as a natural but controllable emotion and we will learn about different ways of practicing mindfulness and managing stress and incorporating mindfulness and stress management techniques into your routine.
