    Making a difference in your school or college

    Welcome to this course on making a difference in your school or college. In the first section we will explore what making a difference is about. In the second section we will look at why you should try to make a difference. And in section 3, 4 and 5 we will go through some of the practical techniques you can use to maximise your impact in your school or college. In the final section we will learn about the value of reflecting on your experience. Throughout the course there will be videos to watch, tasks to complete and examples and case studies of people who have made a difference in their school or college to learn from and to be inspired by.

    Mindfulness and Managing Stress

    What is mindfulness? What is stress? How can you do mindfulness and manage stress? This free virtual course will guide you through these questions. We will explore mindfulness as an idea and as a practice; we will explore stress as a natural but controllable emotion and we will learn about different ways of practicing mindfulness and managing stress and incorporating mindfulness and stress management techniques into your routine.
