Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) is proud to have a wide ranging and far reaching internships and apprenticeships offer for young people entering the world of work. As part of their HPE experience, all interns and apprentices have the opportunity to take part in a personal development programme designed in partnership with Unloc to help them adjust to the professional world of work. This Unloc.online course is part of that wider personal development programme.
In this course, you will explore 6 key topics; time management, grassroots leadership, presentation skills, adaptability, professionalism and organisational skills. The Time Management session will explore what time management is, why it’s important and how to improve your own time management. The Grassroots Leadership session will look at how someone at a junior level in a large organisation can still demonstrate and develop their leadership skills.
The Presentation Skills session will help you to develop and practice how to effectively deliver presentations for maximum impact. The Adaptability session will explore the importance of flexibility and the ability to positively manage change in the workplace. The Professionalism session will look at what it means to be a professional in the workplace both online and offline. Finally, the Organisational Skills session will look at what it really means to be organised and share some tips at how to improve your own organisational skills.
