Welcome to your Mental Health & Wellbeing course, we know that at times life can feel very busy, overwhelming or hard to manage. Possibly you may notice this in yourself, or a friend or family member. This course aims to inform you of what the phrases ‘mental health’ and ‘wellbeing’ mean, to help you identify when things might not be feeling quite right and finally how to manage these feelings yourself or how to seek support when you need to.
