
This course has three parts. In the first section we will be learning about mindfulness. We will learn about what it is, where it comes from, how it developed, what the different types of mindfulness are before ending this section exploring the positives and negatives of mindfulness.
In the second section we will learn about stress. We will learn about what stress is, why stress exists, what triggers stress, and what the positives and negatives of stress are.
In the final section we will cover how you can begin practicing mindfulness and incorporating it into your routine, we will look at different techniques and strategies for managing stress- with some super fascinating TedX talks to watch- and we will end this section exploring some of the more foundational ways of looking after your mind and body so it is in a better position to go about reducing stress and achieving the state of mindfulness.
