Apply now to be part of the BASEpanel and make sure your voice is heard. BASEpanel members will have their own personalised mentoring plans, the opportunity to run their own events and first dibs on activities at the BASE as well the chance to be the voice of their generation in Portsmouth.
Opening in Spring 2024, the BASE is the new music and arts space in Portsmouth Guildhall. Free for under 25s with a PO postcode, the BASE will offer workshops, drop-in sessions and bookable creative facilities.
