SYNC Creatives is a 6 week programme for a cohort of 50 young people and masterclasses for the wider community from the 4 growth boroughs (Newham, Hackney, Tower Hamlets & Waltham Forest), in East London, during Spring 2024.

The programme consists of 50 free workshops, panel talks and sessions delivered by various industry professionals, experts and art business owners designed for individuals between 18-30 years old with a solid interest or background in arts & culture to support them as creative practitioners. Each session is 1 hour long and will cover a range of entrepreneurial, employable skills.

Contents include:

– arts & culture enterprise
– business planning & structuring
– marketing & branding guidance
– legal,financial & funding support
– personal development

The aim for the programme is to assist these 50 creatives to launch their initiatives as a sole trader within their craft or side hustle. This gives young people who are looking to kick-start their own creative enterprises the opportunity to strengthen their skills and deliver their services to local communities.
