Generation Changemaker
Ashoka is searching for changemakers in the UK & Ireland between the ages of 13-18 to join our Generation Changemaker (GenC) network.
GenC is a community of young leaders who are founders or co-founders of impactful initiatives demonstrating a deep passion for driving social change for the good of all.
Our Vision
We believe changemaking is sparked across generations. By bringing the right people, in the right environment, with the right support systems – we are accelerating solutions for some of our world’s biggest challenges. That’s why we are searching for exceptional young leaders to invite them to co-lead our intergenerational community of the world’s leading social entrepreneurs.
What We Offer
Connection & Community
GenC exists within a global network of over 4000 Fellows and more than 200 young changemakers in 90+ countries. Being part of this network means collaborating with award winning social entrepreneurs who are redefining the future of humanity and the planet.
Capacity Building
Those selected to the GenC community will receive a one-time unrestricted grant of £2000 and will have access to opportunities that will develop and enhance their toolbox of leadership skills. With our global network of partners we will provide access to workshops, training, funding pools, professional and practical experiences which will equip them to excel as lifelong change leaders.
Storytelling & Platforming
The GenC community will have access to tailored storytelling support to shape their narratives, celebrate their impact, and speak with authenticity. We create opportunities to platform their voices across a range of spaces, from digital media to high-profile events, ensuring their stories are heard, valued, and able to inspire change at scale.
